Turkey and Sausage Stew

(Ready in about 40 Minutes | Servings 4 Persons) 

Extra virgin olive oil, 1 tbsp.,  
Yellow bell pepper, 1 , Diced   
Chicken broth, 2 ½ cups,   
Unsalted butter, 4 tbsp. (½ stick), Melted   
Juice of lemon, 1 lemon,  
Sea salt, 1 tsp.  
Red bell pepper, 1, Diced
Tricolor Israeli or Pearl Couscous, 2 cups,   
Panko bread crumbs, 1 cup,  
Minced fresh parsley, ¼ cup, 
Lemon zest , 1 tsp., Grated  
Cod fillets, 4 (5-to 6- ounce) 

Set your foodi machine on sauté mode.   
Add oil to it and heat it.  
Now add onions and cook for 2-3 minutes.   
Add turkey meat and sausage and cook for 3-4 minutes until it get brown.
Add the remaining ingredients except for parsley and cover it with the pressure lid. 
Cook for 25 minutes on High.   
Naturally release the pressure for 10 minutes when the food is ready. 
Divide the stew into bowls and serve with the sprinkled parsley on top.
