Tofu Hash

(Ready in about 25 Minutes | Servings 6 Persons) 

Firm tofu, 16 ounces, Pressed and crumbled 
Egg, 1 , Whisked 
Olive oil, 2 tbsp. 
Salt and pepper, To the taste 
Mozzarella cheese , 1 cup,  Shredded 
Chives, 2 tablespoons, Chopped 
Sweet Paprika, ½ tsp.

Set you machine on sauté mode. Add oil to it and heat. 
Add the required ingredients and cover with the pressure lid. Cook for 15 minutes on High and naturally release the pressure for 10 minutes when the food is cooked. 

Divide the mixture into plates and serve.
