Salmon Lunch Tortillas

(Ready in about 25 Minutes | Servings 4 Persons) 

Corn tortillas, 4,   
Salmon fillets, 6 ounces, Skinless, boneless and shredded   
Red onion, 1, Chopped  
Olive oil, 2 tbsp.  
Zucchini, 1 cup, Shredded   
Mayonnaise, 1/3 cup
Cheddar cheese, 1 cup 

Set your foodi machine on sauté mode.   
Add oil to it and heat. Now add onions and cook for at least 2-3 minutes.  
Now add zucchini and salmon and mix them well.   

Set the machine on Air Crisp mode and cook for 6 minutes. Put the mixture, mayonnaise and cheese into corn tortillas and roll them and serve.
