Carrot Breakfast Bake

(Ready in about 25 Minutes | Servings 4 Persons) 

Carrots, 1 cup, Cubed 
Salt and pepper, To the taste 
Chives, 1 tbsp., chopped 
Eggs, 4, 
Whisked Butter, 1 tbsp., Soft 

Set you machine on sauté mode. Add butter to it and heat. Add carrot and chives to it and cook for 5 minutes. 
Add the remaining ingredients and set your machine on baking mode and cook for 10 minutes at 370 degrees F. 

Divide the carrot mix into the plates and serve them in breakfast.
